Google Ads for Central Coast tradies
Advertise the jobs you want, in the areas you cover.
Google Ads can show your business when people search for your trade in your area. I manage your search ads, agree the budget with you, track enquiries from your website form and review which searches you’re paying for.
Management is included in ongoing marketing, from $250 + GST a week. Your ad spend is extra and paid directly to Google.
Get startedWhat I look after
Illustrations show example ad details.
Searches that fit your services
I choose searches relevant to the work you take on, and exclude ones that don’t fit, such as job seekers or services you don’t offer.
Your areas and advertising hours
I set the ads to target your service area, and we agree when they should run.
Enquiry tracking
Before ads run, I set up tracking for successful form enquiries and check they reach you. I also record taps on your phone number and email link. A tap isn’t a confirmed call or email.
Ads and pages that match
I’ll check your website before your ads start and identify the most suitable page. If it needs changes or you need a new page, your web person can do the work. I’ll explain what’s needed and check the page before your ads go live.
Your budget, your account
We agree your advertising budget, and you pay Google directly. The account is in your name, and I don’t take a percentage of your spend.
Where your ad appears and what each click costs vary. Your budget, your competitors and how relevant your ads and website are all play a part. I can’t promise a position or a number of enquiries.
How I run your ads
- 1
Check
I review any account and tracking you already have.
- 2
Set up
Tracking first, then searches, areas and ads built around your services.
- 3
Review and adjust
I review the search information Google provides, exclude searches that don’t fit, and adjust the ads and settings.
What I need from you
Access to your Google Ads account, or your help setting one up in your name. A payment method for Google, your services and service areas, and your feedback on which enquiries turned into work.
What you’ll see each month
What you spent with Google, the form enquiries we recorded, taps on your phone number and email link, the search information Google makes available, and what I changed. A tap isn’t a confirmed call or email. You tell me which enquiries became booked jobs.

Straight answers
Do you charge a percentage of my ad spend?
No. You pay Google directly for your ads. My management is included in the weekly price.
How much should I spend on ads?
It depends on your trade, your area and how much work you can take on. I’ll suggest a starting budget, and we adjust it from there.
When do ads make sense?
When you have room for more work or a service you want to promote. They’re less useful when nobody can answer the phone or the page people land on isn’t ready.
Can you look at my current account?
Yes. Send an enquiry and I’ll ask for read-only access first, then tell you what I’d check.
I already have a web person. Do I need you to build pages?
No. Your web person is welcome to build or change the page. I’ll explain what it needs and check that the page, enquiry form and ad tracking are ready before your ads go live. If you’d like me to write the page for them, I’ll quote that first.
Who owns the website and the accounts?
You do. The domain, website files, copy, photos, Business Profile, Analytics, Search Console and Google Ads account are set up in your own accounts from day one. If you leave, you keep everything.
