All Trade Web & SEO is a new business. At launch it doesn’t have years of domain history, a large backlink profile or a portfolio full of agency case studies.
Good. That makes the starting point useful.
Rather than wait until the numbers look impressive and then tell the story backwards, I’m recording the baseline now.
What I have before launch
Before starting All Trade Web & SEO, I built and marketed my own asphalt business on the Central Coast. I learned local search, content, Google Business Profile management, photography and paid search by applying them to a business where the enquiries, advertising bill and quiet weeks were my own.
All Trade Web & SEO is where I apply those lessons again, this time with the tracking in place from day one.
Launch baseline
- Date: 17 September 2026
- Google Search Console: verified as a domain property; 0 impressions and 0 clicks recorded before launch
- Indexed pages: 1 (the holding page)
- Organic clicks: 0
- Organic enquiries: 0
- Google Business Profile: verified
The site has not had time to prove anything yet. That’s precisely why I’m publishing this now.
What I’m doing first
- Make the offer clear. All Trade Web & SEO is for local trades and service businesses that do good work but don’t present or perform as well online as they should.
- Build pages around real services and real search intent, rather than publishing dozens of thin pages to make the site look bigger.
- Set up measurement before promotion: Analytics, Search Console, conversion events and enquiry tracking.
- Build the Google Business Profile properly and keep the information, photographs and services current.
- Publish useful material when I have something worth saying — including the numbers from my own trade business, this build log and practical observations from real work.
- Review what Google actually indexes and what people actually search, then adjust the site from evidence rather than guesswork.
What I’m not doing
I’m not buying fake reviews. I’m not inventing case studies. I’m not publishing fifty AI-written suburb pages in a weekend. I’m not promising myself a number-one ranking by a particular date.
The objective is simpler: build something useful, make it easy for Google and customers to understand, measure it properly, and improve it.
The first checkpoint
I’ll update this series once there is enough data to say something useful. The first meaningful checkpoint will be around 30 days after launch, with Search Console and enquiry data rather than impressions from memory.
If nothing has moved, that goes in the update too.
Why publish this?
Because this is the standard anyone hiring me should expect. If I say measurement matters, mine should be visible. If I say the work compounds, I should be willing to show the boring beginning before there is a result worth boasting about.
And if you arrived here from Google rather than from someone sending you the link, the experiment has already started producing evidence.
